The terms and conditions described on this page ("Terms") govern the use of the rajabaji platform and all services provided through it. These Terms form a legally binding agreement — between rajabaji ("Company", "we", "us") on one side and the registered user of the platform ("you", "member") on the other.

Age and Eligibility Requirements
To register on the rajabaji platform and use any service, you must be at least 21 years old. This is mandatory and no exceptions are acceptable. If anyone under 21 registers using false information, that account will be cancelled at any time and all balances in it may be forfeited.

As part of account verification, rajabaji may request proof of identity documents at any time. Cooperation with this process is mandatory; otherwise, account activity may be restricted or suspended.

Account Security and Password

Deposit Rules
Deposits on rajabaji are currently available via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Make sure your account details are correct before making a deposit.
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 (the same for all methods).
- Only a payment account registered in your own name may be used for deposits.
- Deposits made through a third party will not be accepted and may be returned.
- For bank transfers, reputable banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, or BRAC Bank may be used.
- If a technical issue prevents funds from being credited to your account after a deposit, contact support immediately with the transaction reference number.
Withdrawal Rules
Your account must be fully verified before you can withdraw. Withdrawals can also be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
- In cases of unusual or suspicious activity, withdrawal requests may be held for additional verification.
- Withdrawal funds will be sent to an account in the same name used at the time of deposit.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
Bonus offers on rajabaji are provided based on specific conditions. The welcome bonus gives a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000; the wagering requirement on this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, which requires ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 in bets before it can be withdrawn.
- A bonus is not free money — it can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
- The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once from a single account or device.
- If you attempt to close your account before meeting the bonus requirements, the bonus will be cancelled.
- The Company reserves the right to change, limit, or cancel any promotion.
- Bonus offers received through affiliates or third parties are subject to the Company's own terms.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rajabaji platform. If these rules are violated, the relevant account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.
- Creating multiple accounts to gain bonus benefits.
- Placing bets using any automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Exploiting any technical error or bug on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Fraudulent behaviour towards other users or organised attempts to manipulate outcomes.
- Impersonating any officer or member of the Company.
Betting and Gaming Rules
rajabaji's own rules apply to sports betting and casino gaming. Settlement of bets in cases of match cancellation, postponement, or irregular circumstances will follow the Company's established rules.
- Odds may change for live bets after an event has started.
- There may be a limit on placing multiple bets on the same outcome in a single event.
- If a match or game is cancelled, the bet amount will be returned to the main balance.
- Each game has its own RTP and rules, which are stated in the game information.
- If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a technical issue, the Company's decision is final.
Account Suspension and Closure
The Company reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason without prior notice. This action is taken in particular for rule violations, suspicious activity, or provision of false information.
- The user may be notified before an account is closed — however, this is not mandatory.
- If evidence of a rule violation is found, the balance may be forfeited.
- With valid reason, a user may also apply to close their own account.
- For voluntary account closure, any bonus that has not met its wagering requirements will be cancelled.

rajabaji's Android (APK) and iOS mobile apps are available through official channels. These same terms apply equally to use of the service through the app. Downloading the app from an unauthorised source may pose security risks, for which the Company takes no responsibility.
Cookies and Tracking Technology
rajabaji uses cookies and similar technologies to improve the user experience on the website. Details of cookie usage can be found in our Privacy Policy. Cookies can be managed by changing browser settings, though this may limit some functionality of the site.
Contact and Notices
All important notices from the Company to the user will be sent to the registered email address. It is therefore necessary to keep the email address provided at registration active and up to date at all times. Users can contact the Company directly via 24/7 live chat or by email.
- An email notice will be considered read within 24 hours of being sent.
- Notices from the user to the Company must be sent through support.
- If any Company employee personally offers to handle a transaction or provide assistance outside official channels, reject it immediately.
Severability and Entirety of Terms
If any part of these terms is declared invalid by a court or competent authority, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. These terms constitute the complete agreement between rajabaji and the user and replace any prior oral or written understandings.
If the Company waives the application of a term in a specific case, that will not be considered a waiver of the terms overall.
